Conducting Civil Service Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Satisfaction Survey

During the period from July 4 to July 24, 2019, DGPA conducted “Civil Service Employee Assistance Programs Satisfaction Survey” in order to understand civil servants’ recognition, utilization and satisfaction with agencies’ employee assistance programs (EAP). According to the survey results, the overall EAP satisfaction rate was 93.36%. DGPA also released each agency’s survey results and datasets on eCPA for analysis.
